Hi…I’m Mairi

I hope you find this a peaceful space….and connect with some of my poems and paintings….Please have a browse and feel free to share any of the poems.

I write original short poems exploring our shared human condition, and our search for love, unity, peace and freedom…through the struggles and the sublime. Mostly it’s a beautiful mystery to me where poems come from; unfolding as they do from somewhere in the ether. When someone experiences a connection with a poem, it all feels of value on a soul level. My poems are minimalist and accessible. I hope you connect with them. My poetry books are available from my Online Shop and from Lulu Press.

My paintings are all small, watercolour and ink original paintings. I’m especially obsessed with trees. I hope you like them. You can find a few of my small paintings for sale at my Art for Wee Spaces shop.
